Somatic Therapy (Integrative) Online
Somatic Therapy (Integrative) is a body-centred approach that supports you to gently release stored stress, trauma, and emotional tension from the comfort of your own home.
Working online via Zoom, we use physical sensations, breath, and nervous system awareness to restore regulation, resilience, and a deep sense of safety within yourself.
Online sessions offer the same depth and quality of somatic work as in-person — many clients find the familiarity of their own environment actually supports deeper relaxation and nervous system settling. Drawing on body-based awareness, trauma-informed practice, and nervous system work, sessions are carefully paced to meet you where you are. Whether navigating chronic stress, trauma, anxiety, or disconnection, this is a grounded, evidence-informed path toward genuine healing — accessible from wherever you are in the world.
Abi Beri is an IPHM-accredited Somatic Therapist and Nervous System Specialist, currently completing an MSc in Psychotherapy, offering online somatic sessions that bring lasting relief from trauma, stress, and dysregulation.
Suitable for those experiencing trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional dysregulation, or a sense of disconnection from themselves.
Online sessions conducted via Zoom. Booking confirmation includes a Zoom link, reminders, and all session details. Abi holds a Higher Diploma in Counselling and is currently completing an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy. He is accredited by the IPHM as a Somatic Therapist.

What to expect
We begin with a grounding conversation to understand what is present for you — physically, emotionally, and energetically. I introduce somatic resourcing and breath practices to help you settle into your body and feel safe in the virtual space.
Working with body sensations, movement impulses, and nervous system responses, we gently explore what is held below the level of conscious thought. This is slow, careful, titrated work — never pushing the system beyond what it can integrate.
You will develop a practical toolkit of self-regulation techniques to use between sessions. Sessions are fully clothed and conducted via Zoom — all you need is a quiet, comfortable space and a stable internet connection. You leave with greater body awareness, more capacity to self-regulate, and a felt sense of safety.
