Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy

In Hypnotherapy you are guided into an inwardly focused state where you can connect to your subconscious mind, releasing what no longer aligns with your goals and embedding new thoughts, feelings and beliefs that will allow you to reach your desired outcome. It is an effective therapy to change habits, rewire beliefs, reduce stress and anxiety.

Hypnotherapy is a gentle and collaborative process. You are always in control and can come out of the experience at any time. In the session we go beyond your conscious mind to access deeper creativity and inner resources.

What to expect

In an intake session for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, we discuss your reasons for coming. We discuss what has been keeping you stuck and then get clear on how it is you would like to feel, think, and act differently. 

I then walk you through some simple exercises to understand how you react to suggestion so I can best tailor the therapy to you. 

Based on your goal I will then do eyes closed work, guiding you into an internally focused state where I work directly with your subconscious mind, releasing what has been keeping you stuck and reinforcing thoughts, feelings and behaviours that will assist you in achieving your goal.
