Ffion Thomas

Ffion has been working in private practice as a Somatic Experiencing practitioner since 2018.

With a background in complementary therapies, she has worked with services users in Rehabcare facilities in Dublin and also patients with acquired brain injuries in Donnybrook hospital, as well as running a successful private practice in Dublin since Ffion has completed additional training in somatic tools for sexual and sexuality trauma, postpartum care, and restorative practice. She also works part-time as a Lifeskills Support Worker for the School Completion Programme, where she uses her extensive experience with trauma resolution and emotional resilience building with young people that are at risk.

Ffion has over a decade of experience as a hands-on therapist. She specialises in Holistic Facial Massage and Abdominal Massage, with a combined Somatic Experiencing approach to her therapies.

Ffion holds inherent positive regard for all of her clients and students. She is firmly of the belief that most adverse experiences or trauma holds an opportunity for immense resilience and thriving with adequate support - post traumatic growth.

Qualifications & Accreditations

Honours degree in Health & Society DCU (2015)

Somatic Experiencing Practitioner through SOS Internationale (2020).
