Hot Stone Massage
The basalt stones used are volcanic stones, collected from a river bed where the water has smoothed down their surface. They are perfect for a massage, warmed in hot water and able to retain their heat throughout your session.
The heat from the stones along with the massage is ultra relaxing to the muscles and tissues. There is nothing nicer then a Hot Stone massage during the winter months!

WHAT TO EXPECT
You will be lying face down at first on a plinth in a comfortable warm room with relaxing music playing. You will be fully covered at all times. I will take various size stones to place on your chakras, and massage your face, neck shoulders, decollete, arms, legs and feet. with the hot stones.
You will then be asked to turn over and I will massage your back with the hot stones placing some bigger ones on your sacrum and lower-back. These stones will be left there while I work on the back of your legs.
We will finish off with a scalp massage and you will be given privacy to get dressed.
