Ursula is a Psychotherapist and Counsellor in Dublin, offering confidential therapy for adults, adolescents, and children.
She provides a compassionate, client-centred approach that helps individuals explore challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, anger and stress management, while fostering personal growth and emotional resilience.
Holding a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University and an MSc in Creative Arts Therapies, Ursula brings academic rigour and creativity to her therapeutic work. She has a Certificate from The Centre of Mind Body Medicine ( Dr James Gordon Maryland USA) which focusses on mind, body and behaviour.
She also works with people struggling with eating disorders, providing support and guidance on their road to recovery. She is an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (M.I.A.C.P.).
What to expect
Her therapeutic style combines psychotherapy and counselling techniques to help clients understand how their past experiences influence present emotions and behaviours. She places particular emphasis on the mind–body connection, encouraging holistic awareness and practical coping strategies.
Her Dublin practice focuses on recovery, healing, and helping clients move towards greater self-awareness, autonomy, and emotional well-being in a confidential and supportive environment. Ursula works with the inner child, anxiety, relationships, and eating disorders to name but a few, putting importance on relationships, attachments, helping the client work towards awareness and authenticity without giving up their integrity. Our early experiences with love and attachment can leave a lasting imprint on the neural pathways.
Beliefs and values are keys to therapeutic transformation, as a surprising amount of emotional struggles often stem from unacknowledged values and conflicts.

"Yesterday I was clever and I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise , so I am changing myself" Rumi
"I started my sessions with Ursula about 18 months ago and previously I had been with another person with whom I didn’t find any benefit. Starting with Ursula has been the best choice I could do in my life.
I am very happy with the improvements I have and continue to have in my social and private relationships, I feel more confident in myself and stronger. I changed my attitude and the people around me have changed as well. Now I can easily manage situations that before made me down and depressed.
Ursula is a very good therapist, with her professionalism and smile she is able to give you the right words to encourage a good mood and very positive energy."
Maria P.
"Ursula helped me to explore boundaries that I have with people specifically in terms of doing things that I want to do and where I am going with my life rather than relying on what others tell me I should or should not do.
This has helped me considerably to start living in the “present “and panic less about the future.
The therapy also shed light on why I am angry and with whom. Now I am aware and at least whilst I have still have some anger I continue to work on it and accept things that are not within my control. I feel stronger too and I have also learned not to take other people’s opinion on board. Working with Ursula has been a very positive experience."
